Terms of Service
These terms apply to photography services provided by Tasvirein, a trading name of Klarbyte Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17185765, registered office 39 Olympic Crescent, Brooklands, Milton Keynes MK10 7LE (“we”, “us”). By booking a session you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, location and package in writing (email is fine) and the deposit has been received. We do not publish prices; your price is agreed at an initial consultation, based on the package and any extras, before the booking is confirmed.
2. Deposits & payment
A deposit of 20% of the agreed price is required to secure your date and is deducted from the final balance. The remaining balance is due on delivery of your edited photographs. Payment details are provided with your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
- You may reschedule at any time, free of charge and with no minimum notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session forfeit the deposit.
- If we must cancel (illness, equipment failure, severe weather), you may choose a full refund of anything paid or a priority rebooking.
4. Image delivery
- We deliver all unedited JPEG images digitally within 24–48 hours of the session, so you can select the photographs you would like edited.
- Your final edited photographs are delivered within 2 weeks of receiving your selection.
- RAW files are available on request. They are large (around 50 MB per photo), so we can only deliver them on a physical hard drive, which you will need to copy to your own device and return to us within 24 hours. Please have at least 200 GB of free space available (the typical size of an event shoot in RAW).
- We store RAW photographs for a maximum of 6 months from the event date and edited photographs for 5 years, after which they are permanently deleted. Under UK GDPR you can ask us in writing to permanently delete your RAW and/or edited photographs sooner.
5. Copyright & licensing
Copyright in all photographs remains with Tasvirein. Clients receive a personal, non-commercial licence to print and share their delivered images. We may use selected images for our portfolio and social media unless you opt out in writing before or shortly after the session. Just tell us.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the fees paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
